She is always ready to discuss why I have come to see her, and she always has written information to help me understand what is concerning to me. She takes time to answer my questions. My son sees Dr. Hudson, and feels very comfortable with him. I definitely recommend this medical practice."

"This used to be a good doctor's office, but the front desk staff is AWFUL now. I booked an appointment online 3 days ago and got an email confirming it was booked. Get there today and they told me I wasn't scheduled. Next available appointment was Monday. I told her I was out of my medication and at least needed that filled. She declined and wouldn't even let me speak with the doctor. Needless to say, I'm now searching for another doctor with an office staff that cares about their patients!!"

"I have been going here for years and have always had a great experience from the receptionists to the medical assistants and the doctors. Everyone is amazing and polite! It’s sad to see all these horrible reviews by people who cry when they don’t get their way! I have been in the waiting room when some of these patients were extremely rude to the staff and the staff was still respectful and professional! Shame on some of you people! Learn how to treat people! Esp the people in charge of your health care!"

"The front desk reception Erica Doesn’t have any compassion and she is very unprofessional regarding how she speak with patients. To get same-day appointment with the doctor is never possible. If you leave messages for the medical assistant to call you it’s very likely you will not receive a same-day call. 6-21-22. Lab works I’m a patient for over 12 years and today, I called to get a copy for my lab order and they want to charged me $5.00 for a copy. I get it I miss placed my lab order , but that doesn’t give them the right to charge the patient for a form that can be easy faxed to the lab office. I find that’s So money hungry! They claimed the medical assistant need to take time to get the lab works order again and that to many patients was calling to get the form so that is why the are charging for it. I made the decision to change Doctor. If you looking for a PCP don’t go to them. And please believe me you will regret going there."

"I didn't have a primary, so I decided to finally figure that out. So I read up on Dr Hudson's reviews. Seems like more than most have good things to say. The front desk ladies seem to have the bad wrap in the reviews, mostly to do with fee's people don't expect. They were fine when we needed an urgent appointment. I went today - those ladies were great, considerate, kind and accommodating. I actually saw Gretchen the nurse practitioner, she was knowledgeable, listened well, was practical and went the extra mile to address my needs. I wouldn't read too much into a lot of the moaning that comes from people who's expectations weren't met in some of the other reviews."
