It became obvious when I asked about the STATE BOARD test and he didn't know the answer. That's because they are not licensed to take me to get tested by the state."

"Terrible Experience -Beware of Scam Tactics I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Aprende Institute. It's disheartening to share my encounter with the service service that not only failed to meet expectations but also engaged in what feels like outright scam tactics. I am not sure that the CEO Martin Claire has intentionally opened these programs in order to scam the Hispanic community in which they prey on. The issues began with the program itself which did not deliver on its promises. However, what truly made this experience unbearable was the abysmal customer service. I called their support line seeking assistant and was met with an endless loop of frustration. Representatives consistently put me on hold for prolonged periods only to transfer me to the wrong department time and time again. This relentless game of transferring calls felt like a delivered attempt to avoid addressing the issue. I was transferred at least 10 times, each representative claiming it was not their responsibility. It's evident that there is a severe lack of accountability within the company. Furthermore, the negative reviews on platforms like Google and the better business bureau with an F echo my sentiments. It's alarming to see a pattern of this dissatisfaction among customers, and I wish I had paid more attention to these warnings, before investing my time and money into this program. I strongly advise potential users to reconsider choosing Aprende Institute and to be cautious of their questionable business practices. The lack of transparency, unhelpful customer service, and overall feeling of being scam make this a regrettable experience. I hope sharing my story serves as a warning to others and prompts the necessary changes within the company. If you are facing similar issues, document your interactions and consider exploring alternative avenues for resolution. "This company deserves O stars! Also, Despierta America/ Univision, for advertising them. I agree with other 1 star reviews. Scammers to the bone! They try to convince you of great offers. If you don’t finish within the time frame, they insist on charging you more hefty fees for completion. Even if you are seriously ill or had surgery. Very, very inconsiderate so called company! Be careful signing up! A company that is not even accredited with BBB says A LOT! I should of checked first, but I relied on the advertising on Despierta America.. what a shame. "This program doesn't make any sense. It is a program made for Mexico and the United States, when obviously they have very different standards. On the other hand, if you don't finish it on time, they suspend you, but they still want to sell you other programs. Online classes do not match the program you are doing. and I could still say much more. I do not recommend it at all."

"BIGGEST SCAM!! On the phone with them at the moment after they lied and said their course was in English and Spanish, they try everything to get you to give them money. Course is for your own knowledge not any certification to work anywhere. You’re better off going to school than paying $400 for a piece of paper. They have had me on the phone for an hour funny how they sign you up and take your money in minutes but for anything else it’s an hour wait with their annoying music."
