"DO NOT GO HERE FOR SURGERY. If you want to be operated on by a PA with a 2 year online degree then this is the place for you!! I had Neurospine surgery preformed on me at ORMC by a doctor from the Lee Rd Office. I asked if there was going to be an assistant surgeon at the PRE-OP appt. I was told yes it would be another DOCTOR from the practice. I woke up in recovery and my neck was on fire. I kept asking what was used to close my incision site. I was told repeatedly to leave it alone it was glue. I was discharged a couple hours later. The following morning I couldn’t breath, my neck, face were huge & on fire. I called the office and again asked what was on my neck suture & I was having a bad reaction. I was told to EMAIL a photo!! I emailed a photo & the receptionist called and told me to go to the ER immediately!! I went to the ER the nurse took me straight to a room. A doctor came in immediately and told me I was going into Anaphylactic Shock because my incision site was closed with adhesive. It took 2 doctors to get the adhesive off by pulling with hemostats. It took off several layers of skin and I now have a horrible burn scar on my neck from the adhesive. IN THE PRE-OP APPOINTMENT AT THE OFFICE I ASKED WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO USE TO CLOSE AND WAS TOLD GLUE. I TOLD THE DOCTOR I WAS ALLERGIC TO ADHESIVE. MY CHART AT THE OFFICE AND HOSPITAL ARE LABLED ALLERGIC TO ADHESIVE!!!! The doctor in the ER pulled my operative report and the PA from the office opened me up and closed me up and used ADHESIVE TO CLOSE MY SUTURE. SO IF YOU WANT A PA TO OPERATE ON YOUR SPINE THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU."

Nicole is my therapist and she has been A1 since day one. Natalia and Emily, as well as the rest of the staff are absolute sweethearts and they put their all into caring for their patients.
