"The worst customer service I've ever experienced, I thought it was a fluke the first time they waited until the day of my appointment to tell me I needed to go get imaging done, wish they said wasn't oversight because they've been busy. Now I show up and they're asking me for a disc of the imaging results, when I spoke to someone two days ago and they confirmed they had everything they needed. Now they're casually telling me to go down the street and ask for the imaging disc, as of it's no big deal. This is embarrassing to disregard a new patient's time. No idea how they have high ratings with this low level of service. Maybe if I ever actually got to see the doctor I'd feel otherwise, but the front desk leaves much to be desired and I won't be returning"
