"Incorrectly diagnosed my mother, leading to an emergency room visit and a hospital stay, AFTER spending $100 on various OTC remedies that had zero effect at best, and horrible nausea as a side effect at worst. Following up, they attempted to schedule my mother for an appointment and when told that her transportation, me, would be unable to make an appointment set for 3pm, was forced cancel the appointment because there were no slots for the following half hour or hour. Literally thirty minutes. Thankfully her Healthcare representative has been made aware and will be locating her a new office."
