"1st time ever this has happened to me. I was called to confirm an appt. when I arrived was told my appt. was at an earlier time. I wrote it down. I am very disappointed with this practice since Well Med came in. Very rude front office staff. Amber is a god send. I hope she is still at the office on Little Rd. Another girl that was there was very rude.I love Dr.Roose but traveling to tarpon isn't in the cards. I will have to see."

"Dr. Beth is amazing. I have been going to her for years. Since the new facility opened I am bummed out that it has made the process of getting in and seeing her really difficult. I had an appointment set up and Dr. Beth couldn't make it that day which I understand, life! But I feel like instead of making me wait another almost 2 months to re-schedule me, I should have been first priority especially the fact that its about how bad my asthma is."

"Doctors are AMAZING! Staff are unorganized, rude and always makes me feel like I'm an inconvenience to them. Multiple times I've called to set up appointments and when I show up, I'm not on the schedule for my appointment. Since COVID, they treat you like you have the plague if you go in to see the doctor and gotten even more rude. It's aggravating when one tries to stay on top of their health but a receptionist stands in the way."

"I usually see Andrew, he is a P.A. and is so knowledgeable, personable and helpful. He has guided me through weight loss, fitness and other health issues and has been absolutely fantastic. My whole family love him. On the rare occasions I have seen other doctors there they have been great as well. Office staff are also always friendly and very helpful."
