"Do not go to this OB. I had the worst experience of my life to the point that it scared me. Both my husband and mother refused to let me go here again after my NIPT blood draw. The nurses and physicians were judgmental about my size and relationship. The person they had drawing blood did not listen to me when I let them know that the veins in my arms were thin and that even quest pulls from hand. I almost collapsed and was screaming because it was so painful. Don’t even get me started on the billing department."

"I do not recommend this office for many reasons. The main reason is because their nurse practitioner ordered a blood test for me that is not covered by insurance. I was called day of to come in and get the test done and I was not made aware of that the office new the test would not be covered insurance. As a result, I was billed $195 self-pay price. Because my lab work was sent to a 3rd party lab, the office will not right their wrong, but rather blames me for not knowing my benefits. I have in writing from the office manager that she is aware that this blood test is not typically covered by insurance. When I asked why I was not made aware of this when the office knows it will not be covered, she stated that "the providers do not like to get involved in insurance and money issues." I have written a formal complaint to Corporate Women's Care with no reply or attempt of reconciliation. They have also done nothing other than tell me that the office where I received care is responsible."

I did wait a long time to see the provider though( I spent over 30 minutes naked in a room waiting to be examined) but they took care of me through my pregnancy and wouldn't go to anyone else for my women or pregnancy needs"
