"Longwood CTC is a Center of Excellence as far as I'm concerned! Medical director is a dream come true; with her specialty knowledge of addiction medicine, her empathy and her sense of humor combined with wise humility I can't have wished for more in a physician. Another star in their lineup is Nina in the business office/front desk. She recalls not only all pt. names but ALSO each pt.'s 4-digit Patient Treatment Number! Unfailingly kind, she also seems to know every policy & procedure, resulting in her always knowing how to help each & every patient who presents to her. I'm certain that she could run the place. But for now we are lucky to have her in this role! This is too long so I will write about counselors and nurses in a separate posting. Btw, I'd give more than 5/5 Stars to this facility if I could."

"I just found out about this place going on 2 weeks next Monday. I am very pleased & excited. It is very organized, clean, not over croweded. I get & out within minutes after dosing. I was going to Orlando for almost a year & it was a scary & disappointing experience there. Here they only stop you if nedessary & by checking into the app it will notify you to stop at the front desk. The whole experience eases the whole process of my goals here. I highly recommend this place for you or a loved one fighting addiction. There is help & hope out there, you got to want it."
