"Office building is horrible. As soon as they called me i was i formed that they will not be taking my insurance not sure why i was not informed before They knew a week ago and I scheduled this appointment 10 days. This was my first visit. Saw Nurse practitioner of who did not care much because she knew i will not be going back. Worst office visit. I dont recommend at all i would give them 0 star"

"The staff ignore patients who wait for assistance. The phone operator disregards my health questions, hanging up abruptly. I arrive as their first patient seeking medical assistance. Instead of having the receptionist look for availability she told me the office was too busy then went about her business. I had to interrupt her so I can at least schedule for another day. The staff appear as mindless zombies. The only saving grace was a nurse and even she just goes about wasting my money, providing me a list of ENTs that served me no purpose, except for one location, and those doctors are expensive and untrustworthy. Honestly the only help I have received have been from nurses and that's after asking the same questions to both the doctor and nurse."

"I have been going here for 3yrs and all the doctors I have seen have been great. They don’t stay here. It seems they all leave. So today I had to deal with Dr Law on the phone. He is the most rudest doctor I have ever encountered. At the end of our conversation his comment was if you don’t like it find another PCP. Seriously!!! So that’s what I’m doing. His staff and doctors are great. But he should retire cause his bedside manners are the worst. Now I know why his staff changes every 6 months. And I also had him reported. Stay away from this wack job !!!!! I had to give one star or it wouldn’t post. But he deserves none !!!!!!"

"New management needed! Some of the staff are friendly and the nurse practitioners as well but Mrs. Law needs to be taken out of that office and a 3rd party needs to take over or they just need to close this office PERIOD! Couldn't tell you much about Dr. Law as you NEVER see him. So if you have ever gone to this office make sure you request your medical records and you verify the information is accurate and true. I have had to make correction many times. A suggestion if you care about your health, skip this office and go to a Reputable facility. The reviews about this office are absolutely correct. Do your due diligence and research before making a decision to go here. Best of luck."

"It was mine and my daughter's first visit to the office. The doctor never met either one of us. I just left the ER and this was my follow up appointment as well. The doctor never examined me and I was back in the ER, 2 day after my appointment. I would have never gone back to the ER if the doctor had showed up in the first place and prescribed me the correct medicine. The gave my daughter her needed vaccines, and they knew for a fact she needed a follow up vaccine 2 weeks later (Normal TD shot). They schedule her follow up appointment for a year out even though she needed 2 more follow up vaccines (which the staff knew). They never sent my prescription to the pharmacy on the day I needed it (My appointment was at 11AM). Once I told the pharmacist the doctor's name, she rolled her eyes and said he is the worse. She had to call in directly at 9AM (the following day after my appointment) to get my prescription sent and didn't arrive until 2PM. Two different nurses sent multiple of the same prescription. This office is completely unorganized and this Doctor needs to quit. I am speaking to a lawyer about his lack of services. I would not have ended up back at the ER if he had bother to examine me. He is just collecting payments and not caring about his clients at all. Its about time Dr. Law retires before he leads someone to their death for medical malpractice and pure lack of caring!"
