"Arrived and no one was there. I called for 45 mins and no one answered the phone. When I did meet Brenda she said her husband took her receptionist for the day. She was unapologetic, and snooty. She acted as if I was a burden and very unwelcoming. I don't think she used all 20 units because she was done in 5 mins. I had to go back because not much had changed. I'm very young and it doesn't take much Botox to fix my fine lines. Even now they are still there, and now my right eyelid DROOPS DOWN lower than my left. She never gave me a consultation. She did not once get close to my face to get a good look at my fine lines. She literally just squinted her eyes and looked. She was just as cold the second time I went. Didn't even say bye. This was a total waste of my time, my money. I still have the fine lines I went in there with and a droopy eyelid."
