"Unfortunately, my experience with this office was very poor. My first appointment was for an annual check-up. The NP I saw, within 1 minute of meeting me for the first time, grilled me on why I had not yet had children and tried to convince me to go off of my birth control plan in order to begin the process of seeing if I was fertile enough to have children. Then I was told to give a urine sample and then told that I would be contacted with the results within 1-3 weeks. I didn't hear anything back from the office until 6 weeks later, when I received an email telling me to call the office because they had been unable to reach me. When I called the office, I was told my results showed I had a UTI and was prescribed an antibiotic. When I asked why I had not been contacted prior to that day, they read my phone number and mailing address back to me and both were wrong by 1 digit. Clearly someone had entered my information into their system incorrectly. I accepted a prescription for an antibiotic, and then when I called the pharmacy to confirm it, they said their system had flagged it as possibly causing an allergic reaction with my other medications. Thank goodness I was not pregnant, or seriously ill, this whole time, without knowing it. And thank goodness the pharmacy was on top of things and flagged the prescription so that I would not have to suffer an allergic reaction. Unfortunately the office refused to take any responsibility for their continual mistakes. I will definitely not be returning to this office in the future and I advise others not to either."
