"Great Doctor but very poorly run by office manager very nasty."

"It's sad that I have to give them 3 stars... I really like Dr. Silverman, but he's comes wrapped with a bunch of incompetent staff. Yes I know they had a bunch of turnover during the pandemic, but some of the long-term staff just don't get it still. I have to beg for several days to get them to call in my prescription, etc. And the answering service is absolutely useless... Don't think they ever conveyed over of my messages over some years. Now that Dr. Silverman is retiring, even though Dr. TJ could be great, it seems like my opportunity to go elsewhere."

"Has to be one of the most poorly run and most unprofessional medical practices that I have ever come across. The nurse practitioners are just arrogant and rude with the patients and the Dr's son who run's the office couldn't give a flying flip about patient care or privacy. I certainly will not be bringing my mother back to this office and suggest that others seeking a professional medical practice look elsewhere."
