"I made an appointment with Dr. Buelvas nearly 5 months ago for a Primary Care. I waited patiently for my appointment. Received my confirmation text the day before and all. I went for my appointment only to have the guy in reception say he couldn’t find my appointment. I mentioned the text confirmation and he said MY PHONE NUMBER was under a different patient name who had the appointment. Is this a joke? Waiting months for an appointment so they treat you so poorly? Elizabeth the administrative could care less about the situation. There were a couple in the waiting room saying they’re appointment was cancelled and they were waiting for 1 and a half hour for a prescription because the printer was not working. Its sad to think Dr. Buelvas may be a good practitioner with such a horrible staff and administration. I know I’ll get the same resolution as all previous bad ratings here, to write to Advent Health :) but just want others to know what to expect."

"Terrible answering service, no one ever answers the calls and to top it off the advent health portal is always down. Good luck finding anyone competent to call in a script for you. It’s a nightmare to be a patient of AdventHealth!!! This picture sums it up…"

"Terrible Office and staff. Do not accommodate to the patient. Cancel your appointments if you're not there exactly at the time scheduled. Never had a doctor's office do that before, let alone one where it takes 3 months to get an appointment. Rude and arrogant staff, cancel my appointment over text with no remorse. Never will return to this office or any other AdventHealth office again."

"I love Dr. Buelvas, who is my PCP, but it's impossible to get an appointment with him that isn't scheduled months in advance. Jennifer the PA is great, but she is not my PCP. Calling to make an appointment is difficult; half the times the phones are not working, the other half no one answers. When you leave a message, you frequently do not receive a call back. If you want a same day sick visit, do not go to this office because it's near impossible to get one. They have too many patients for the two providers they have. This place used to be great, but now it's just too difficult to deal with. Unfortunately, I will have to find a new doctor's office."

"Love seeing Dr. Buelvas but hate working with his attending nurse. After calling twice requesting for my Lab Order to be ordered ahead of time for my annual physical, neither Theresa or Stephanie called me back after they they said they were going to talk to Dr. B. I eventually got a hold of Dr. B using the patient portal and he was able to place an order for my Labs. Dr. B is a great doctor, super attentive and great with patients. However, try to avoid working with his attending nurse, because she was very rude on the phone and was rushing me."
