"Dr. Dyal and his entire staff go above and beyond to help their patients. You don’t get that anymore. My son is being treated by Dr. Dyal, and I feel that he’s a huge advocate and supporter for all his patients. Also, the front desk staff - ALL of them, including the office manager, are Amazing! The office manager truly goes above and beyond and so does Justin. Jasmima (I’m probably wrong with the spelling of her name), too, is such a kind heart and does her job so well. I just want to thank The Arthritis Center of Orlando for being so amazingly supportive and kind to our family during these new stages of our son’s health journey. I have so much love for you guys!"

"My PCP referred me to a Rheumatologist before my joints were damage. I had 2 appointments with Mariangeli Arroyo-Avila, she keeps sending me for x-rays and more and more test and not actually doing anything. They are all about making money, pretending to do something to get paid but not doing anything at all."

"Although the infusion services and doctor appointments are good, the Arthritis center of Orlando has refused to provide adequate billing and refuses to return calls to my 95 year old mom who is owed substantial refunds (approximately $6-7000). The billing department states they have sent the monies to the wrong insurance carrier but will not give specific details (check number, date and amounts) which would enable us to get the refund from the carrier. Mom has called numerous times over the last year without return calls and assistance. We hope that this review will allow the office to respond to mom by providing her with either a refund or proof of what was returned to insurance carrier. Update10/17/23-Still no response from the Arthritis Center of Orlando-unwilling to provide our 96 year old mom with her money or information that would help her to get it back from insurance carriers. This leads us to believe they have not returned it to the carriers! SHAME ON YOU! 2/6/24: Still holding onto the overpayment that is due to mom who is now 97 years old. Shameless medical practioners!"

"The first appointment was great. Scheduled my second appointment, and it was canceled twice because the doctor won't be in town. The second time, I rearranged my work schedule to accommodate the office. Unfortunately, I may have to find another doctor who takes his patients seriously. I am concerned about rescheduling a third time."

"I wanted to say “Thank You” to Dr.Avila in this office for all her care and concern she is giving to me since my autoimmune diagnoses in 2020. She has been nothing but kind and extremely knowledgeable about my difficult health issues that I am dealing with. She’s a wealth of information for any patient! I also wanted to thank Marie for talking time to talk to me in detail about papers I needed filled out and she did this almost immediately. Also the girls at the front desk are wonderful.
