"Terrible service!!!!!! Dr. Morales was kind and seemed very knowledgeable. But the older lady at the front desk sucks. This office sent a prescription for Bronchitis to Walgreens with the wrong date of birth. So each time Walgreens looked for the prescription using the DOB it showed no prescription. My wife who was very sick and having breathing problems asked for them to fax the form to Walgreens and they said no. After several calls the older lady in the front on 2/9/19 decided to call Walgreens. The pharmacy was able to provide medication after several hours which is unacceptable for someone with breathing problems. This office needs to train their staff to show some compassion. It was unnecessary for my wife to have to call and beg for their intervention and for them to take so long!"

"The actual service is pretty good and the medical staff are very nice. However, the front desk lady has a thick Spanish accent and can barely understand English. If you call to ask a question regarding test results or anything you need she will just say “yes hold on” then hang up. Then when you try to call back she won’t answer. So be prepared to go in everytime you need something!"

"Just called this place to ask if they can fill out certain paperwork for me. The first time I called she said "hello?" And then hung up really quick. The second time I called she answered and could miraculously hear me, the lady said no without hesitation to the question of if they can fill out my paperwork and when I asked for a reason why she said, "hello?" and then hung up on me. Horrible staff. She had a Spanish accent so I suspect she couldn't understand fully what I was trying to say. Saying "hello?" And hanging up is an escape because she couldn't understand. How rude."

"Nice interior, Staff was nice. Being in this field you would expect more. It is not the M.A who triaged me in my op. was out of her scope of practice to tell me my BP was high/low (blood pressure) the Dr. very quick was never given a diagnosis seemed like I was good target to try a squeeze some quick cash out of me. Visit wise 20 bucks cant complain but to try and charge 200 for BASIC labs and H pylori is ridiculous. The H pylori test was probably the charge. Disappointed Dr's try and bam boozel patients and then send in your front desk girl who didnt seem very confident or knowledgeable on the words that came out of her mouth. Very cold after denying the labs and pap. ******* Proceed with CAUTION **************"

"Urgent care crooks Patient beware The john young Pkwy urgent care billed my ins for $2100 for • less then 1 hour time • my wife is a nurse so we have the best ins • they only looked at my sons head. With a wooden tongue surpressor •in grown hair follicle No medicine no machines. $2100 Our ins. Denied and declined to pay We tried to call billing no body cared. I'm going to take pics Facebook and you tube it. No stars. It wouldn't let me do no stars"
