"Wow! Our family is so thankful to finally be able to make Dr. Franz our doctor. The office staff was very helpful and prompt. They were able to get both of my girls in for a consult with Dr. Franz very quickly and from the comfort of our home. Dr. Franz took time to listen, ask questions and get to know us. We were able to address all of the questions and concerns we had regarding our daughters' health and left with a clear plan of what to do moving forward. I am so glad that the new monthly membership plans make Dr. Franz's holistic approach and services accessible to families even if they don't take your insurance. "We have been patients of Franz center for a year now and have very good experience. We vibe very well with Dr Nikhar and love Dr. Franz. Nurse Ericka has a great character and all of the staff is very friendly and responsive. We love our visits and love that we are never rushed. There are times where we can wait 10-15 minutes after our appointment time but I understand that we are all humans. I highly appreciate that providers always will listen to my personal research and give me a great constructive response. "Horrible experience. Front desk has no idea what they are doing. Doctors are great but front desk has no sense of urgency or willing to help. Our daughter Madison has been constipated for 3 days! She’s only 3 months old. We pre paid for a whole year with them because they don’t take her insurance. I called to get help on suggestions what to do and I only get told over and over again I have to make an appointment that could be a week or so out. Even though she’s been backed up for 3 days! The nurses station isn’t far from the front desk and was unwilling to even ask. We just wanted suggestions on how to help her. I suggest save your money and go to a different pediatrician no mother should have to deal with this and worry about their baby."

"My son was a patient of Franz for about a year. After a few very strange experiences, the Franz Center left us feeling very uneasy about their ability to conduct business. After we left, they inadvertently reported us to collections. During the process of solving the issue, both the billing team and front desk were completely unreachable. Finally I was able to connect the collection agency with Franz.... only to find out, they accidentally reported me, and we did owe anything. Honestly, all around horrible experience."

"The practice that Dr. Franz stewards is how healthcare used to be back in the 80s. She listens, she recommends, she asks, and she continually adjust. We have three kids and each child has had different needs and yet, Dr. Franz and her team have worked with us to make each child as amazing as possible. We hardly get sick, we get compliments on our kids on how healthy they look and our kids feel involved in their medical decisions. We highly recommend Dr. Franz and her team if you were looking for a practice that wants to find out why symptoms are happening and not just mask the cause. This is the way that healthcare should be."
