"Around December I had a holter 24hr monitor and called to let them know I’d be bringing it late and was told it be a $25 late fee charge I stated that’s fine. I went the next morning 9am and no one was there didn’t open til 9:30 whatever, I handed the girl in the front the holter and $25 cash, she had no idea why I handed her the money until I explain it’s a day late, she wrote on some paper and that was the end of it until now that I’m getting charged $25 that I already payed. I called over the phone and was told they would try and figure it out. This is super unprofessional."
