"Front desk needs to work on some proper customer service skills, and how to treat a patient. I wouldn’t be coming into see a doctor unless I felt it was absolutely necessary, only to be made to feel my symptoms are insignificant by the front desk. Was told the doctor could only see me for one thing and I had to pick which one I wanted to be seen for? Um hello?"

"I will call her Doctor Monica Rivas bc she’s better than any actual Doctor I’ve visited in decades. The entire staff are so efficient and thorough. Minor wait times & HIGHLY recommend."

"Things change from moment to moment, but my particular experience was a quick one. As a walk-in at 3pm, I was able to get a room and be seen within 30 mins. Checking in on a tablet was a nice touch to speed things up. The nurse/tech/M.A. was kind and quick, and the physician came in shortly after. She did not rush, she explained things thoroughly, and I left happy with the experience. Again, in the medical field things can change quickly as far as wait times are concerned, but my last visit was a good one."

"No wait for our appointment. Provider is very knowledgeable. She spent time educating and explaining things for us to take the best care for our son. The staff helped us locate a pharmacy that was open at that time. Just an excellent experience all around. Our son left feeling much better with the meds they provided. He was very ill with the flu. Without carespot we would have needed to take him to the ER."

"Horrible office experience. Used the reserve spot online walk in feature, was stuck on traffic, called their office to inform them that I am going to be 20 minutes late. They told me to still come into the office anyway knowing I will be late 20 minutes. Got into the office at the time I informed them and behold, they cancelled my appointment because I was 15 minutes late. Why did they told me to proceed anyway just to cancel my place in line. It was a waste of time for me. But they didn’t have a problem collecting the copay. Just go to Advent Health down the road, the staff there don’t have and attitude, will inform you if they can take you, and know what they are doing."
