"I recently had an experience with this clinic, and unfortunately the communication was extremely poor. They don’t answer phone calls and ignore emails. If you need further interactions, good luck with that! I highly recommend to train staff for patient friendly environment. I am coming to the clinic for my wellbeing not for getting sick dealing with the staff."

"My name is Brian Smith I recently switched providers because of poor service at a Dr in Davenport FL. I was told that the Doctor at Northwest Family Health Center was great.... So I set up an appointment for August 10,2023. There i seen a MD he prescribed my medicine which I have not received and it's going on 2 weeks. They did send in my pain prescription which my insurance did not cover the one they sent in. This is my 100th time calling the office.. to get them on the phone is a challenge... I even tried all kinds of prompts one lady took my info and said someone would take care of the mistake. Whoever sent in the same one... Jennifer has helped me twice which she would put me on hold for what seemed like forever... So I would call on a different line, at that point I would always end up with the answering machine. Got through again today and as of right now Jennifer has me on hold, it's been 40 minutes... That's crazy, I wouldn't recommend them to a blind or death person... I am going to report them to the BBC"

"Jennifer and Christina were both very attentive and welcoming. This was my fist visit here and the visit from walking in door to walking out was absolutely amazing. The nurse and doctor both took their time with me and made me feel very comfortable. I am looking forward to my follow up appointment. So far best decision I have made!!!!"

"The receptionist was very rude. I waited 2 hours to see the NP but I’m in healthcare and know what it’s like so I didn’t mind waiting. The NP didn’t know what she was talking about. She tried diagnosing me with “something” without doing labs to confirm. I insisted and advocated for myself to get the labs because the diagnosis was very serious. I have never been to a doctors office where they diagnose you without doing labs to confirm. I got the labs back and it was negative for what the NP insisted was my diagnosis. I was livid. I will never go back. I guess that’s what I get for cheating on my primary care doctor."

"Wait times exceed 3 hours with an appointment. There is little to no regard for your time. The first appointment was at 9. We were seen at 11 and left at 2 pm. The second appointment was at 8, the staff didn’t arrive until 830 and he didn’t get seen until 11. Now I sit here, my appointment was at 1030 am and I’m still in the lobby nearly an hour later. Time management needs to improve and on top of that, this practice hasn’t submitted my claims and my deductible has not gone down due to the failure of processing. Extremely disappointed. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because the female doctor is actually amazing."
