"I have so much to share, but there just isn’t enough space. Everyone at this office is fantastic. Doctor Pascal is kind and patient. All the Lady’s are so welcoming. Ms. Karen is my mother’s favorite. No matter how busy she is, she always makes a minute to chat with my mother. She’s externally warm and Helpful. She always remembers the little unimportant details that show us that my mother is heard and cared for. We’re always willing to drive a little Further to this office, where we know my mom is going to get the best care, and sweetest hugs. Thank you all for everything that you do. Especially, Ms. Karen…no visit would be the same without you!"

"I’m so confused on the low ratings from this location. Almost made me 2nd thought to another location. However I’m glad I stuck with my appointment besides on the negativity! Lijia C. And Patricia B. Were phenomenal!!!!! They both made me feel welcome from walking in to leaving out. Both made me feel at home. And because of them I can definitely say they are both the reason I’d stick to True Health. Thank you!"

"Watch out for this place, together all sorts of information from and then if you don't have insurance, out-of-the-blue they expect you to pay up front. I was kind of embarrassed to have to tell them I had $6. I had an unexpected hospital stay from early Monday morning to Friday afternoon... Meaning no paycheck last Friday. Had to let me know before I got there in any of the several texts they sent me to confirm the appointment, I would have had the $20 minimum down payment they asked for. It was unsettling, that should have been the first thing they asked not all sorts of personal information. Then at the end he made it seem like I wanted to cancel the visit."

"This review is for the referral specialist in the Express walk-in clinic at the Casselberry location. I have been suffering from an ear infection for weeks and needed a referral for an ENT specialist. I walked in and got a referral right away and was able to schedule an appointment for next week. I'm am very THANKFUL for the referral coordinator she really made a difference with my health. I can't thank her enough for doing such a wonderful job! Thank you again! I appreciate all you do!"

"I have been coming here for a year, and I really like the professionalism and medical care I receive from Dr. Pascual and the staff like his nurse Nubria. Dr. Pascual always takes the time to listen to any of my medical concerns. He is able to give referrals if needed. He genuinely cares about your well being. The young lady that works at the front desk is very nice. The only reason I took a star off, is because it takes a long time for the staff to answer the phone. (03/19/2021)"
