"Critical service that saved us a trip to the ER. We were on layover and my wife came down with something where she couldn’t keep anything down and got dehydrated. This was midnight and all urgent cares were closed - totally appreciate Shad coming to our hotel(!) at midnight(!) to give my wife fluids. It was night/day difference after she got them. "Absolutely a life saver. I went to two different physical clinics on a Sunday when my temperature reached 103 and no one could see me. I searched online for alternatives and thankfully found Dr Shad. He was professional and straightforward and prescribed me exactly what I needed so that I could have medicine the same day, it was within the hour that I was able to be virtually seen then medicine in my hands. HIGHLY recommend."
"This whole experience was amazing. We are visiting The Beach Club in Disney and my son woke up with a fever. My daughter is already on amoxicillin for strep so we knew my son needed treatment. We found iCare from a Google search and were completely impressed. Silvio answered the phone at midnight and was so kind and answered all of our questions. Shad, the treating PA, came to our hotel room to examine and treat my son. He was so kind, professional and thorough. He gave us options for treatment and even considered how it fit into our vacation. We are really appreciative of the care we received."
"Getting sick on day 1 of our Disney vacation was NOT on my itinerary! By some miracle my travel agent recommended that i call this company. I was able to get an assessment/testing/injection all conveniently from my resort room! I felt better the next day was able to have fun on the remaining portion of our trip. "Shad and his services deserves all 5 stars. We called in the middle of the night and he was here within 90 minutes. Assessed my daughter while she was sleeping (easier for all of us). Diagnosed and prescribed meds all while providing the best bedside manner. We would recommend him and his services anytime. Being sick on vacation is not ideal but Shad made it easier on us to be able to continue and enjoy our vacation."
