"Have not been properly logging my daughters vaccine, causing vaccines to be administered multiple times. I apologize, but do not have the option to reply. I have contacted the office manager Michelle, and she is aware of this incident, in her words, “a mess”. She had only one of her vaccines updated and was extremely rude when I expressed there’s still two vaccines missing."
"Dr was so sweet and patient. The staff was nice as well. My appointment was scheduled at 9am with my baby. We didn’t leave until 10:47am. Idk if they were understaffed or just wasn’t prepared. Location should open at least at 8:30am. I wouldn’t set my appointment at 9am if they open at 9am due to how long it took just at this location. Other than that thank you all at St. John’s location."
"I was giving this place a chance since we moved to a new area and this was the closest location. Doctor was ok but, 45m to 1hr wait even with appointment booked all the 3 or 4 times we been there. First impression, place was not organized at all and did not look clean. I had a check up appointment and got stuck in traffic due to an accident and I spent 20+ minutes on the phone trying to speak to someone to ask them not to cancel the appointment… when I got to the place, I still had my phone on hold and they cancelled the appointment. They didn’t care at all, neither wanted to take responsibility of not answering the phone during Business hours. I called the Corporate and haven't heard from them until today. Long story short, I am no longer taking my child over there neither will recommend this place. I have found an amazing Pediatrician with a nice office and staff!"
