"I would give ZERO starts if possible. Kim (the owner) is unprofessional, rude, and passive aggressive. She last minute canceled my original appt for 1/31 @ 10:30am. That morning we rescheduled it for 2/6 @ 1:30pm. On Tuesday 2/4 she contacts me asking to change it to that day (2/4) at 11am. I stated Thursday at 1:30 was better for me. Then Wednesday 2/5, she contacts me with changing the appt from 1:30 to 1:45. Then on 2/6 she contacts me stating she wants to change the appt to 12 noon because (exactly quoting her words) "I kinda wanted to get home before the horrible weather comes." We live in Florida! Its going to rain, thats it! There is no tropical storm, no hurricane, no schools closing, nothing going on except a normal rainy Florida day which the rain is suppose to begin at 5pm!!!! I was able to switch my entire schedule around AGAIN and come at 12:30 instead of 12 noon and she was rude and disrespectful. Groupon was able to give me a full Groupon credit due to her unprofessionalism, and they even quoted she's looking out for herself rather then seeing the inconvenience she's caused you more then once. People have work, people have schedules they need to attend to. I do NOT recommend this salon!"
