"I don’t have the time or patience to say ALL the reasons why I’m giving one star. The doctors really are kind people, but not thorough at all. I brought my daughter in many times with infected tonsils - they NEVER ran a test for strep, mono, covid, etc. Just wrote a prescription and sent us on our way. The problem with that is not all antibiotics help all infections and we ended up going to the ER and being admitted to Wolfson’s with a Peritonsillar abscess and Mono. The “staff” (aka the only other woman who works there) is unprofessional and incompetent. She says she’ll call you back and doesn’t, fails to put in referrals and does it wrong when she does put them in, answers the phone and puts you on hold until closing (35 mins), schedules an appointment that the doctors “can’t do” when you show up, and is the main reason we will never step foot in that office again."
