"Accompanied my sister in law, refugee.. to pick up a paper that wasn't never send by mail by the DCF Department at Sulzbacher Center as they were supposed to. Stay on line for over 3 hrs.. and patiently we waited because the importance of it. When the individual in question was called by her number. Her and I we walk in . And I wanted to assist her due to language barrier. The worker stated I couldn't be there to translate and assist my sister in law...At the end of the interview. My sister's in law was told to wait in the lobby for the paper.. I have to make sure if she understood that..she wasn't sure. .I ask to the front desk worker ..again I need to find out what is that she needs to do. The worker stated I need to do another line and get another number.. andvwsit other hrs. That was unacceptable include the worker didn't know understood this paper and direct us to SSec Office. For my knowledge and after questioned over 3 individuals I was at the right place. The careless workers at DCf have not integrity no sensitivity no professionalism. I wasn't not going to leave till..the document was done and give to my sister in low. Every one treat us as garbage. I'm educated and A senior Healthcare Provider.. that knowledge of the process. I'm reporting all of this worker at DcF in the SulzbacherCenter. I feel for the most vulnerable popolation that dont stand up for them self. But I am for whom doesnt have a voice. Because the unlock of knowledge. Thoese services are the worse in this Country and supposed to help the most vulnerable. What a shame.. Hope never have to deal personally again"

"The apartments are reasonably priced. They also have a transition side for no income Families! The walls are thin so you will be in everyone's business and they will be in yours! There is food for lunch and dinner for transition and people with children! A small park! Daycare and pediatric services! A lot of residents who live here are unstable. There is a lot of support but at a BIG expense to the residents conscience. You will have to come down to get tour guests! Only one guest at a time! No visitors after 11 for the apartments! I think this is asinine for people who gave to pay rent to be under such strict rules! I feel like I'm living in a halfway house."
