LEANNE WILLIAMSON,and LAURA APPLE have been a blessing in my wife's recovery from Gillans barre disease.she basically had to rehab most of her body functions .These two ladies have raised her spirits and helped her believe in herself again. we didn't know what the road ahead was going to be like .after mayo diagnosed her condition, she was paralyzed from the waist down and limited ability in her arms, hands and torso.We do PTat main facility on university and beach 3 times a week and your facility 2 times a week.We are winning the fight of our lives and we couldn't make it possible without your help.we look forward with a positive mental attitude to be with your team each day we are with you! "The physical therapist did not know what she was doing and I am now in more pain than before I started. My doctor prescribed traction and this was not being done. I explained this multiple times and when I explained the type of traction I should be getting, she put me on a machine she was not familiar with. My neck was being pushed against metal and pulling on my ears. When I told her she said "this is normal". After more discussion she went and got another physical therapist who explained to her what she was doing wrong. My appt. was suppose to be an hour and they saw me for 20 minutes. The cervical spine is an area that can leave you paralyzed. Sad to say, I won't be back to this facility."

"I have been seeing Victoria Faulkner at this location for pelvic floor therapy. She has been just wonderful. Her personality, knowledge, and skills have been game changing for me. And the front staff has been just delightful. I look forward to my appointments there because I know I will leave in a great mood."

"The first thing I see is the up-front Mgr. Jackie. She is always smiling and never has a bad day. Also she and Tatiana always give me the appointments I need at the times I need them. Brian my physical therapist is the best. He always knows what to do next and explains things so well. He's the main reason I'm doing better. Amy Jo my Occ. therapist is great also. It starts with Matt the mgr. at Mandarin. He always manages to get the best and strongest workers. I don't know how he does it but he always finds very strong workers with a great work ethic. I really appreciate all the employees. In closing I have to say a special thanks to the people of the payment assistance program, because of them I'm able to come to Brooks to get the help I need. I'm grateful for them. I love my Mandarin location and go way, way, out of my way to recommend them to everyone I know and some I don't know. They are that good, and should be commended for job well done."

"First time visiting Brooks rehab at the San Jose location and I was really impressed with the physical therapist Bryan. He was very thorough with the treatment plan and evaluation. The plantar massage seems to relieve some pain right after so I'm definitely looking forward to the next appointment. The office is on the 2nd floor of this large building next to Osaka buffet. The place was smaller than other rehabilitation facilities and a little older as well, but it was packed with patients. We didn't have to wait long, a little over 15 minutes including the time to fill out paperwork. The scheduler was helpful and quick."
