"Read great reviews and decided to give them a try. The big factor was that their website says the treatment is covered by most insurance. I submitted a request online and quickly got a call to schedule my appointment. I should have realized something was off because that was the only contact before my appointment. No phone or email to confirm appointment, complete paperwork or verify insurance. I showed up the morning of the appointment and the receptionist was very nice and had me start some paperwork. She asked if I was trying to get coverage by one specific insurance company. This set my radar off so I asked about my insurance because their website again says they accept most insurance. It was at this point she informed me that in Florida only one company covers the treatment and the treatments runs around $300/month. This would have been nice to before I wasted my time taking time off from work for my appointment. Luckily I found this out before I actually did the bloodwork and got stuck with that bill. They need to be more transparent and engaging before people waste their time. This seems to me to be more a money making operation than a medical facility. I don’t have a problem with that but they need to be more transparent especially when it comes to the cost. I guess they assume once they get you in they can talk you into spending the money. They may provide a good service but the lack of upfront commitment and honest means I walked out the door before I even completed the paperwork. If you want to spend $300-400/ month then they are right for you if not don’t bother."
