"I was on the phone with receptionist and in conversation I said "Cancel all my fkg appointments ". Apparently, she complained that I cussed at her and was dropped as a patient. Unbelievable that she was such a baby. I this was years ago but I have an extremely good memory."

"Highly dissatisfied. Every time I call to make an appointment I get put on hold for hours and eventually hang up because no one answers the phone. On the off chance the employees do answer the phone they tell you they can’t help you then refer you to another phone number that no one answers. Very unorganized and wouldn’t recommend to anyone."

"I wish this office never changed. Until recently, I really liked working with this office. They are now with Comprehensive Med Psych Systems and have changed drastically. It doesn't have a personalized feel anymore. I feel like a number. I have a very hard time getting a call back for anything, if I can even get past their phone tree. Another doc that is working with this office has been rude to my mom and is not reading the reports from testing that she had sent for. Although I like who I am working with, I can't continue working with the company. They were much better before the change."

"I have been a patient of Dr Martinez for about twenty years. He has always been very attentive to any problems I have. You have to have a good doctor patient relationship with your Psychiatrist. We have that. He took care of my daughter also. Got her meds to what finally worked for her after other doctors and nurse practitioners had her on med that did more harm than good. I would recommend him but again you have to have z good working relationship with him or you are probably not going to happy."

"Dr. Martinez will leave you high and dry when you need him most. In the hospital? Good luck getting in contact with him. Maybe you’re a good patient who’s done everything he asked of you? Well it doesn’t matter because he will terminate you as a patient without a good explanation, and his office assistants won’t be able to help you either. Stay away from him. He’s pretentious. He will talk down to you in judge mental tones. Not fun! He also just sold his practice and everything is a complete and utter mess. Don’t trust this guy with your mental health!"
