"Staff is condescending, rude, and do NOT listen to anything you say. They openly talked about me (like I wasn't there) to each other while I was in the room. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else."

"I had a very early appointment and the parking lot was already full which was normal. What isn't normal is "employees" parking infront of the clinic. These spots should be reserved for handicap or elderly citizens, it's hard enough that I have a walker but for us elderly every step is a struggle. Those front parking spots should be handicap or atleast prohibit "employess" from taking over the spots for their convenience. I entrust management or the UF administration will address this issue for the sake and safety of the elderly citizens. P.s I asked my Dr if there's anything he can do, but he said "he" doesn't even park at the front. Update: went in for my check up and again the same vehicle that belongs to the clinic employess are "parked" at the very front of the clinic that should be reserved for patients! What is the UF administration doing about this! I complained to Dr. Registry and he said he doesn't know why they park there."

"Rude as hell. They request you to be there early for paperwork. My daughter's appts were at Noon and 12:30. How can I check in when your "not open" and tell me in an extremely rude way to "come back at Noon we're on lunch"."

"My mother visited this location because she had a scheduled doctors appt. After working all night, she left work early to be at her appointment on time, only to get there and them tell her she didn't have an appointment. The lady at the front desk was very rude to my mother. Patients make appointments at doctors office for certain reason due to either being sick or routine appointments. The lady ask my mother if was she sick , and stated if she was, "she was going to have to ask her to leave". That would have to be the MOST rude and unprofessional thing I have ever heard. Doctors are there to service the sick and provide care and that is certainly not what took place today. We will definitely be looking for a more professional atmosphere in the near future."

"Awful experience. My mother's new patient appointment was at 10:15. They told us to arrive 30 minutes early so we arrived at 9:45. We were not even called back to the treatment room until after 12:00 and finally finished up around 1:15. When I asked one of the girls why it was taking so long she said they had several new patients which always takes a "little" longer. We will give the practice the benefit of the doubt and give it one more try. If the experience is the same, needless to say, I'll have to find my mother another PCP. UPDATE: Following my review, I received a call from the practice manager or administrator who seemed very interested and concerned about the negative experience. Since then, I've had to contact the practice several times for various documents and other matters concerning my mother. The staff has been extremely helpful and attentive and took the time to call us with an update on the status of all requests. Very professional and helpful. Although the follow-up contacts did not require an actual treatment appointment and involved other matters, I do feel the practice is making every effort to improve their overall daily procedures and I will absolutely take my mother back for her next appointment hopeful of a better experience for her."
