"This is usually where I come for any problems. But i feel the level of care is no longer given at this particular office. There is an older white male dixtor that acts like you have the plague and has zero interest in actually treating anyone. Today, I was having an issue from work and offered my credit card and even said i would pay whatever they needed to end this reaction i was having. Yes, im being vague on diagnoses here, my issue was pretty bad but it is what this " doctor" said to me that has my writing a thank you but no thank you for his services review. Now first, if you type in Urgent Care near me, this is one of 2 places that come up. So this is where a coworker drove me as quick as possible to get me too. I was struggling, but obviously not enough for this guy. All he wanted to do was tell me that he was nit an emergency room and that if i wanted his help to know how much i would have to pay him. I had already offered my card upfront and twice actually. But when it came to the "doctor" walking in to say how much money he would need to treat me, it became painfully clear that this man is not there to take care of people, but more to just do as little as possible and collect a paycheck for just showing up. So if you need actual treatment, i can not suggest a place because theis place is only good for DOT drug tests and physicals. Thank you sir for being the reason why people dont go to get better. You are what's wrong with this country."

"Very impressed with this facility. Was greeted by a very pleasant young lady upon arrival. She was professional about obtaining the necessary insurance, etc., information needed. Following completion of paperwork, was called back within five minutes by another equally pleasant and professional nurse. She asked the right questions and responded in a caring manner. Then saw a physician who explained what and why he felt the issue to be and prescribed the needed medications. Check out was beyond easy and by the time we reached our vehicle, I had a text that my pharmacy had received and was preparing my prescriptions. This was definitely an A+/5 star experience. I’m seldom ill but would return to this facility without hesitation if I needed to."

"When arrived on Saturday, August 12th around 2:30 there was very little wait as only one person ahead of me. I was diagnosed by the Nurse Practioner in a timely manner. The Nurse who weighed me, took my vitals & went over my medication was very nice.. This was my third time coming to the Normandy Urgent Care. The front desk clerk was very friendly too. She remembered me from my other two visits. My husband went their before and was very satisfied as well. I highly recommend their facility for an urgent care visit."
