"Absolute waste of my time - went in at 11:30am and left at 4pm. All I needed was a drug test and physical for a new job. After waiting 1.5 hours in the front area for the drug test, I then had to wait another 30 minutes in a different chair for a room to open for the physical. After finally being placed in a room, I waited 2.5 HOURS for a THREE MINUTE physical. Some staff were polite (not all) but I could hear them complaining to one another the entire time about how badly they wanted to go home and how they "shouldn't have come in today". I waited quietly in the room for about 1.5 hours before I walked out to the desk to try to get a time estimate but couldn't find anyone to ask. I tried to find someone to ask for the next hour and the one time I was able to speak to someone, they just said "the doctor is backed up". I understand being backed up and that there were patients with more urgent matters, but waiting 2.5 hours without any updates/communication for a 3 minute long check up is a little ridiculous. I will not be returning anytime soon."

"I went to Concentra Urgent care for a pre-employment physical. The staff was exceptional! The medical assistant was very skilled in drawling blood; even as a RN of 13 years, I’m still scared of needles- and I didn’t even feel a pinch of when she collected the blood samples, nor did I feel any pain when she administered my flu shot! You rock girl! The PA was very professional and courteous. The entire staff at this location, were both extremely friendly and welcoming. Thank you for taking excellent care of me, and for your kindness and professionalism. Sometimes it’s the little things that make the biggest difference. ❤️"

"Staff friendly but wait time way too long I sat for half an hour to be called when I walked in there lobby was empty. Then another 30 min to see the doctor. This all under extreme crucial circumstances I was sweating a fever and could not swallow my own saliva it was terrible to wait to long so very uncomfortable for me back aches couldn’t stand I even fell asleep waiting for the doctor! I have never waiting this long at any other UC before."
