"This rating for the dr's office that I am giving is extremely upsetting. I've been going to Dr. Luis De Armas office for a few years now and never have I ever experienced such poor professionalism in a doctors office. Starting by his suppose ""Assistant"" Mayeling who hasn't been able to sign papers correctly 3 times unum has faxed over and over to her to fix and yet I get denied since she can't even do that right. Which I was already upset about but didn't call or give a complaint but today I called to see if I can pass by before they close which is at 6pm and online it says it clearly 6pm because I need iron medication but the poor lady in the front Shelo is has to take poor orders from Mayeling and first her order was to tell me to pass by before 5:30 and they have 2 iron bottles for me then Shelo calls me to tell me to pass by before 5:15 and I said I was on my way and close by because fly I can't fly. So I get to his office and Shelo tells me there is only 1 bottle when specifically she said 2 bottles and mind you I rushed over there and I got there before 5:15 out of breathe and I was so upset and we all started arguing and the lady that collects labs came out to tell me why there was only 1 which I didn't believe her and it was between me and Shelo then she brought out samples of the iron medication which isn't the exact one so tell me if that's irresponsible and unprofessional or what? And she said it was the same. Then Shelo got upset stood up and wanted to argue with me and told Mayeling it wasn't fair that she got her orders to tell me when to come. It was a back and fourth situation. I'm telling you if the DR continues to have Mayeling as his assistant this place is going to loose ALOT of patients. But Mayeling says they get 50 new patients a day LOL! I don't believe her! And she said clearly to complaint all I want and write whatever I want and that I'll find a professional drs office. Honestly the Dr is a great dr but his office is a DISASTER AND A CIRCUS AND IT'S REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! In front of the Dr they act all nice and caring and when he isn't there they do whatever they want and don't care for his patients. This has been a nightmare for a patient like me who suffers from migraines and iron deficiency. Until he gets a new assistant his office will get better 100%. I hope he sees this and doesn't something about it!"
