"My experience was a great one. I was a bit nervous as I wasn’t sure what to expect because I’ve never solicited this government assistance but due to my higher risk pregnancy, my income was reduced. I came to my appointment I was seen right away and the staff was extremely pleasant and treated me with dignity and respect which was the part I was nervous about as we all know that overall government offices in the state of Florida are usually a nightmare! It was a good experience overall."

"Easy service, some times a wait to be seen depending on how long others appointments are."

"I have been calling for a whole week! And the automated system tells me they are busy, and automatically hungs up the call!"

"They are ridiculous, I have called them 3x and they just keep transferring me and the first rep I spoke to was EXTREMELY rude, she kept cutting me off and when I asked to speak to someone else she transferred me to a whole different location, we call because we needs assistance obviously we shouldn't have to put up with them mistreating us and not wanting to work. If I could ill rate them a neg -1 pregnant women shouldn't have any additional stress."

"The office keeps calling me private and my phone wont allow the call to come thru it gose to voicemail btu the leave no name number or ext. I googled the number and it keeps ringing. How am i to get in touch?"
