"The only thing good I have to write about AUI is Dr Vyas is amazing. He is very knowledgeable personable and understanding. Management of scheduling, tele health calls and patient wait times is a nightmare. I had scheduled telehealth calls where no one showed up…Dr was never informed. I attended an appointment where a day letter I was informed I missed my appointment. I had a scheduled appointment for a blood test and when I arrived I was told I was not scheduled for that test…they gave me one anyway. I waited in the lobby for an appointment for an hour before I was informed that I would have to reschedule. I think I have validated my rating!"

"Booked an appointment with this office due to a potentially substantial and severe set of symptoms 3 weeks ago, only to call the day before to be told my appointment was not on the books. I was suspicious when I never received a confirmation email, but just wanted to be sure. Will change review if scheduler calls back to confirm appointment otherwise given the circumstances, the negligence of the staff in regards to booking appointments is unacceptable."

"If you don’t have insurance that covers everything at small copays (specialist visits included) you had better double and triple check your insurance coverage with this group and be sure that they understand exactly what you are coming in for and ask for what your out-of-pocket expenses are going to be up front before your visit. Also make sure you ask what can and can’t be talked about during said visit. I specifically told them (front office staff), when I called to set up the appointment that this was for a PSA screening and my insurance covers this 100% (annual preventative care) with my deductible waived and let me know if there were any out-of-pocket expenses I would be required to cover..... Fast forward to after the appointment, they say I was in for more than an annual preventative care (something was discussed outside of the acceptable topic, unaware to me) and subsequently billed my insurance company for this "extra" care I received. Now I'm on the hook for 222 dollars out of pocket. Their office manager could not care any less that I did all my due diligence to make sure the services provided were what was acceptable to my insurance provider and refuses to admit someone made a mistake and can’t somehow explain to the DR to waive the extra fees due to this. Be warned that all the other negative reviews of AUI are probably valid and have merit, I stupidly ignored them, I said well they can’t screw up billing/coding when I am being so proactive.... wow was I wrong, if you value your money and sanity... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Update, I have revised my rating to 3 from 1, they did end up crediting my account for the difference in what was supposed to be my intended services and what was given/billed so I have to give them credit for that."

I have a very complicated case and he continues to do research take his time and energy and knowledge and do everything he can to help me move forward. He is kind and caring he checks in on me when I’m having treatments that are scary and I just cannot say enough about this particular person. Other than I am so grateful that a inadvertently ended up in his care"
