"BEWARE! This nurse was very rude, sarcastic, and frankly just mean. She is very likely burning and turning virtual appointments for a quick buck. Her camera was zoomed in all the way so you could not see her likely multiple computers running simultaneous virtual platforms. She also gave me a fake ph# when I asked to escalate due to her rudeness and lack of caring. Additionally, her English is very poor and hard to understand especially when she is constantly interrupting you mid sentence. ***Also, the majority of "positive" reviews here and online are most likely fake - Fake reviews are pretty easy to spot*** BEWARE OF THIS CHEAT! *****Update to Danielle's below response: Danielle, your response is 1000% a LIE. You really should be able to keep track of your "patients" especially since you claim you are a Doctor, but actually seem to be a nurse practitioner based on other websites (not sure what is true since you have sprinkled yourself all over the internet including attempts at getting on TikTok which is shameful. You are rude with a terrible bedside manner, and you are just simply lacking in knowledge. It's a shame that you yourself have to search the internet to make diagnosis, but I realize this is easy once you get a "degree" from a poorly ranked, minimally known school. I will give you props on creating yourself a big money maker with these shady tactics. With that said.. Don't treat people like you are better than them, and just try to be a better person and "Doctor" - You took an oath (hopefully)"

"I had a virtual appointment with Danielle Desroches this morning as an urgent care need. I booked my appointment through Sesame Care. I had been instructed to wait 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment time but Danielle entered right on time. She was immediately personable, kind, and compassionate. She reviewed my information thoroughly, listened to me, and heard me. Danielle explained what she was going to do and gave me very clear, understandable instructions on what I was to do. She also offered to give me information on getting discounted prescriptions, but I already had that covered on my end. She called my prescriptions in too the pharmacy of my choice right away and also sent me the same information she gave to the pharmacy. I will absolutely see Danielle again if the need arises and 100% recommend her to family and friends, she is trustworthy and knows what she is doing."
