"Communication was awful before and during the field trip. The staff/volunteer "red shirts" were extremely rude to both students and staff. They were confrontational, disrespectful, and escalated behavior issues. The experience was poorly organized, oscillating between having nothing for students to do and having 4 things for them to do at once without clear instructions. I was very disappointed in the whole experience, and especially in the attitudes from the staff."
