"Poor customer service by male who was there on the weekend. Children looked at with mean stare and talked to in Spanish which they don’t even understand. Wasn’t greeted until 15 minutes after entering shop. Was hoping to walk out with a pet. But after all that was terribly uncomfortable. Not to mention the poor living conditions of the animals. Do not recommend even visiting this place."

"I have been in this store several times and I have enjoyed the service and knowledge of the personnel. Prices are very reasonable and I can honestly say that every time I go there the guy is constantly cleaning and taking care of his animals. As far as low inventory he has actually had more fish than some of the big name stores in Palm Beach. Besides inventory is low every where you go. We are still in a pandemic, lets support our local business. Keep up the good work . Thank you ."

"I got two wonderful canaries here. The male sings beautifully and the female chirps and cheeps. They are the most adorable birds. Very happy and healthy. The owner of the shop hand- raises his birds and you can tell. They are very special."
