"**update**The lady at the front desk is rude. She collected our deductible before we were even seen which is fine. I can understand policy but she continued to argue with me about the insurance instead of politely explaining it to me. I went ahead and pulled the benefits on availity myself. Still not seeing what she was saying. She was not clear about pricing or codes and contradicted what was being done and also what was being collected. She was very arrogant. Dr was nice but the staff also makes the practice and for that reason I wouldn't refer back.** in reference to the response. You as a physician should know that your staff also makes the practice and having someone who is as rude as she was shouldn't be something you are proud of. I said the physician was great. It was the STAFF at the front desk who was not, you should be addressing that. we appreciated the fact that you worked us in for a minor issue on an emergency basis. What we did not appreciate was your staff being rude. Also, The ignorant bliss and attitude your referencing came from your front staff. I did try to address the issue in the office and if you heard the conversation you should have jumped in. Especially if you were worried about the public forum. We know what our insurance benefits are, that was the issue. Because your staff is rude we will not be back. We will not be referring to your practice, not that that makes much of a difference. It is a shame that you find comfort knowing your front desk treats your patients the way she does. There's no way we are the only people this has happened to we're just the only ones writing a review."

"Dr. Lepore is an amazing doctor. I highly recommend him for your foot and ankle needs. Before finding Dr. Lepore I visited a competing company with a similar name. It was ok until I met with that doctor. It was such an odd experience. I felt as if I was inconveniencing her by being there with my foot injury. I was in a lot of pain there was an infection. She never prescribed pain meds or anti biotics. Every day my foot was getting worse. I was sent on a run around and was looking at more than a month before I could get my foot operated on. I told my friends about my experience and how off it made me feel when I met with that doctor. They said go with your gut and find someone else. I didn't listen I figured I was already too involved. I went back again and was sent on another run around. I was told the operation had to take place in a surgical center, not in the office... I felt like they were milking me for the insurance money and didn't care about my needs. I was at my end. In pain, in fear, I was considering trying to operate on my foot myself... Finally I listened to my friends and found another doctor. Dr. Lepore is a no BS doctor. He got me in immediately. He completed the operation in his office and I was finally on a road of relief and recovery. There were no complications, no surprises, no long waits. There aren't enough good words to describe how much I appreciate him and his office."
