Phil and Miguel did a thorough job interviewing me and gaining a solid understanding of my problems and my goals. they then developed a solid plan for me that pushed me to get well without making the process tiring or painful. they were very good at checking my pain and fatigue levels periodically and offered modifications on the stretches and exercises as needed. As a side benefit, they played some pretty cool music while I was there! I highly recommend them!"
