"I had health concern about a week ago went in. Very short wait. I gave symptoms and concerns, they gave me there prognosis and prescription they also took a test. Week later resolved they were correct. In and out. Surprised to see negative reviews as place was nice and easiest I have dealt with also convenient as went in at 6:15PM parking and location good."

"The worst customer service in Venice Radiology! I had an appt at 11am for an ultrasound of kidneys. I am 35 weeks pregnant and having complications. Was running about 10 min late to appt. Called their main line, they said had no way of reaching the actual venice office. I got there checked in and the tech comes out saying I have to reschedule. And she started to argue with me about what time I got there. Clearly they don't care about patient care! Now I'm going to have to go to ER to get ultrasound done!"

"I’ll sum it up: they tried 6 times (with 2 needles, yes they reused them) hitting my infants son bone because they were not trained to do IM injections. The dr said we couldn’t fly home because his ear was so bad, by the time we made the 24hr trek home his ear looked no different (had his ears checked 2 days prior to flying out) then when we left. Do not go here with children!!-"

"My father passed away about a month ago and had a $120 bill with them. They have since taken my 82 year old mother who is beginning to have mental issues to collections. She isn't capable of even writing a check correctly. My brother, who is still working hard on getting her finances in order, came across documentation that said they are taking her to probate! $120. The bill was paid immediately after we discovered it was due. This company felt the best thing to do was to threaten and shake down an 82yo woman who just lost her husband of 63 years for $120. They are disgusting, immortal people that don't deserve your business or anyone else's. How do they sleep at night?"

"I use to love this place. Now they have gotten to big for their own good. It’s like shorepoint. Just money hungry. After I had a c-section I called and asked to make a 6 week follow up appointment. They said no problem. When I get there dr.scalarno tells me that’s not something they can look at. Then why set up a appointment? I’m 4 months post-delivery and I think I may have a infection. I’ve tried every menu option, wasted an hour and still have no answers if these “doctors” can help me. I have recommended dr.scalarno before because she’s nice, but after my last few visits I won’t be. She tried pushing me to get my Covid vaccine while I was pregnant and told her multiple times I wasn’t comfortable to get it in my condition. She’s very unprofessional. The office as well, it’s always pulling tooth and nail to get my results back. One time I had a urinary track infection, well they actually couldn’t tell me if it was in my kidneys, urinary track, etc. They also lost the results and I had to go back and redo the test again. Would no longer recommend."
