"Waited 20+ minutes for anyone to open the front door. Very unprofessional. I arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time. As one should, right? I was prompt, but no one who works in the facility was. I had to call different numbers to figure out what was going on. The same lady answered both numbers I called and she said she was trying to get ahold of someone from the plant city location and would call me back. She never did. All the lights were off and one worker slowly came in after the other 10 minutes apart after waiting nearly half an hour. Odd, but if you have another option for PT go with the other option."
