"Joal has been a fantastic family doc for years how ever front office staff that checks patients in is horrible you you either pay the 75 to be seen or have your insurance card on you at all times .. I asked if she could pull it up with My ss# and was told no which I know is not true. As I worked in the medical field. Lazy I guess money means more then helping.."

"Wish I could give zero stars. Brandy prescribed me metformin for weight loss to get out of a plateau and said there are no negative side effects. I have severe restless legs after taking it and I explained this to Elizabeth biggers during an appointment and she said it’s all in my head and just anxiety, she claimed I was just looking for a lawsuit and she picked me apart while I was crying saying that she can tell by the way I’m sitting and the look on my face and the fact that I brought my mother in law with me that it meant I needed to see a psychiatrist because something was wrong with me mentally. I never in my life got treated like that by a doctor, I was not looking to file a lawsuit I just wanted to figure out how to reverse this side effect because I am suffering and only getting 3 hours of sleep a night. I urge you please don’t go here they are only in this field for money and not because they want to help people. This is literally the definition of medical gaslighting. Elizabeth biggers lacks any empathy for people so she shouldn’t be in this field and brandy the nurse practitioner is med happy and quick to prescribe you something that you don’t need. Metformin is a diabetic drug. Not even fda approved for weight loss! Edit: after Elizabeth biggers was bullying me and telling me it’s all in my head and picking me apart saying I need to see a psychiatrist, my mother in law told her she’s a horrible person and lacks empathy and then Elizabeth said oh thank God that’s good news I can discharge you as a patient now, you have 30 days to find a new doctor. The worst experience ever and now I have a hard time trusting doctors and I’m still suffering from secondary restless legs!"

"Biggers has been my primary doctor for near 10 years in Brandon. I can say that for the past few years the service is not the best. Waiting time is too long and never have availability. If you are sick will receive the appointment to see the doctor like in two weeks or so and what is the point to have them as the primary. The staff is not great either. Very sad because years ago the service was great."

"My family and I have been patients at Biggers Family Medicine since they started the business. We go to the US at least twice a year and we always see one of the doctor Biggers. They are professional and caring especially with the senior population. My 92 year old mom that can be difficult at times, states that one of the reasons she goes to the US is to see them."
