"If I could give a zero stars, I would, Jerry Thomas is too old to be handling business! I went here and he recommended me to LEAVE a piece of aluminum shrapnel in my foot... due to the area being in a most veined area that recovery would be 6 weeks compared to 3 days.... 1 review on this page out to tell ya, SKIP GOING HERE.... I will explain this place.... I am explaining it in further detail today!!! I called in over the phone prior to visit, dad was upset... being loud and kept her from speaking.... the lady didn't state anything but it will be $100 nothing about it not being refundable! Nothing about the consultation, just asked about my foot! I stated I had a piece of aluminum piece in my foot.... I get there, a lady just had a stroke and was trying to be nice waiting for her ride because this place wouldn't assist her!!!! I go in, Jerry is asking me questions what happened and what not, I told him, he told me to come see him in 2 weeks......... 2 WEEKS.... and that it would be $1500 to remove..... i stated I wouldn't have shown up if ya wasn't taking it out of my foot, when asking the desk lady how long he was in business for qhen i walkd in, she stated she couldn't tell me that.... I WONT HAND NO MAN MY MONEY FOR YOU TO TELL WHAT I ALREADY KNOW! I stated I can't afford to give someone money for you to tell me to leave it in my foot... I know EMERGENCE ROOMS WOULD HAVE IT OUT IN AN INSTANT.... I asked for a refund, he kindly stated we would give you your refund back, then 2 employees came in and said no its for the consultation and we stated it over the phone, I said no you didn't because my dad was upset and being loud and the lady WAS QUIET on the phone!!!! Both employees were over talking each other keeping me from speaking and stating JERRY THOMAS STATED HE WOULD PAY ME BACK... telling Jerry we don't do refunds, he should have gave me MY MONEY BACK FOR BEING UNHAPPY WITH THE VISIT AND STICKING TO HIS WORD!!! HE DOESN'T STICK TO WHAT HE SAYS, THEN STATED HE DOESN'T HAVE CONTROL OVER $100 CASH I GAVE THEM.... I STATED I WOULD HAVE NOT SHOWN UP IF I WAS ONLY BEING CHECKED... ITS A SCAM HERE, I GOT EXAM AT THE HOSPITAL PRIOR WHY WOULD I NEED TO PAY FOR THAT AGAINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN????? This business was NOT STRAIGHT FORWARD LIKE THEY MENTIONED IN THE ROOM.... UNPROFESSIONAL!! READ THE REST OF THE REVIEWS, 1. REVIEW SHOULD TELL YOU EVERYTHING, THEY MENTIONED THEY WERE CALLING THE POLICE AFTER ASKING FOR A REFUND!!!! 30 SECONDS LATER 2 WINTERHAVEN POLICE MEN WERE WALKING IN AND STATED THEY WERE ONLY SITTING THERE..."
