Owl Now Urgent Care

"We have taken my granddaughter to owl now in Lakeland a couple months ago. She had a fever and not going potty (pee). They told us she was teething. We took her to hospital. She had a urine track infection. Daycare said my granddaughter was running fever and pulling at her ear yesterday. She could not sleep for coughing all night. My daughter took her to owl now in Winter Haven. They said there is nothing wrong with her. Staff is rude and unprofessional. They have no clue of what they are doing."

"My daughter is 8 and she gets extremely nervous when it comes to getting any kind of test. Zach was absolutely amazing and talked her through the whole process and was patient and even allowed her to practice for the strep test. It truly meant alot to me to see the kindness he provided us with and she left the clinic saying Zach is now her new best friend."

"All of the nurse staff were so incredibly kind and helpful. I had gone to the hospital a few days prior for a motorcycle accident and OwlNow did far more than the hospital. I was truly astonished by how caring and knowledgeable they were. I’d like to especially point out nurse Julie and Doctor Morales. Their treatment and kindness brought tears to my eyes, I cannot thank them enough for taking care of my injuries."

"Not Good- I fell down the stairs in the morning and searched for an urgent care to get xrays. I made an appointment at Owl because a friend said that they gave X-rays. I also checked on their website.I was in a lot of pain so made the appointment for the evening so I could recover before driving 30 minutes. They sent me a text stating they were running an hour late. I show up at the new time and it looked pretty scary with many people and kids.The woman at the front desk said what happened and we don’t have X-rays here. I said that’s the reason I came here because everything says you do . She said rudely we don’t. I said how can that be, she said not today. Seemed to me they had pushed my appointment back and sent the technician home. So rudely she didn’t even apologize just started ignoring me , I said so that’s it and she said yeah.. I give this place a negative rating would never go here in the future. Although it looked so sleazy I should be happy I didn’t stay because who knows what I could have caught there."

"First time going to an urgent care… We had a great experience! We scheduled an appointment online which was super easy. Their website stated they do accept walk-ins during business hours. Our daughter had a fall and caught herself with her hand. Which caused her forearm to swell so we needed to go get an X-ray to see the damage that was caused. Once we walked in they already had information in their system because we scheduled the appointment online ahead of time and I filled out a simple Q&A. We didn’t have to wait like ER waiting rooms, it was like a normal doctors visit wait time. Since we are out of our home state and out of network we paid cash for the visit, X-ray and splint. We found it to be reasonable for what an ER visit would have cost. Everyone was so friendly! I’d definitely recommend this urgent care to our friends and family when they need it and are nearby!"
