"I will first add that I have seen some of the “Worlds Best” and Specialties in Boston. I’m now on Disability while my Husband works in Lakeland and Boston. I have struggled with Endometriosis stage 4 all my life; along with Endometrial Cancer. I have been through Pain Management, Pelvic Floor Therapy; etc. I have a lot of chronic issues I had but just dealing with till I ended up in the ER with Sepsis, my bowels don’t work properly and I have a bunch of problems leading to symptoms like seizures, nausea, prolapsed organs, etc. I’m always nervous to meet a new Dr. because they are my lifeline to a somewhat normal life. I was not dismissed, I was not constantly asked about a menstrual cycle or pregnancy’s I don’t/can’t have. Dr.Rannons team and Tenesha are great. I suffered from a lot of different exams/procedures/colon ballooning (?) and more. My body was in so much pain, my mind was in the gutter, and I didn’t know what to do. I’m a new patient but they all together made me feel like I had known them for 20 years. I bounce back to specialists and I hate it. Dr.Rannon and his team (Women who are amazing and wear awesome sneakers) keep a philosophy of “Commonsense Medicine”, and I appreciate it so much as a young Women, literally trying to balance a Colostomy Bag and being a normal wife. This practice has made it possible. I take the same RX for years (over half my life) to control my type of Epilepsy-as a new patient I was nervous but they understood and didn’t judge or pill shame me. I literally got tears in my eyes when leaving and Tanisha Wesley had the look in her eyes that I wish anyone is healthcare does; and it’s just compassion, humility, and empathy while respecting her role and doing what she can to help. She’s a badass. I appreciate her and PMC so much"

"My mom seen Dr. Soto back 11 years ago and today I seen him for the past 5 years. He's a great doctor and I wouldn't see another doctor has a primary care physician."

"I am a new patient to Palm Medical Center. I had a pleasant experience from the time I walked in their office to the time I walked out the front door after my appointment. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Very happy to be a patient here"

"I had my first appointment with Dr. Soto and it went pretty well. He was very thorough and listened and address my concerns. I'm also extremely pleased that when I call the office someone answers the phone, that did not happen with Bond clinic. The first appt was good however all the other were awful his staff seems not to know what they are doing, it's a hassle to get referral and several times they've told my specialist I'm not a patient there. I will be switching doctors soon out of the clinics I've been with this is the worse"
