"COULD NOT BE BETTER. If you are looking for the best Starbucks across the country, this has to be a front runner. I go here (quite often admittedly) and as a business owner, this location is absolutely blessed to have the staff they do. I want to specifically call out Leslie, George, and I'm so sorry I've forgotten her name (but she has red hair and wears a bandana). They make this place top tier and the quality of their service is unmatched. These three deserve all the recognition in the world."
"Yesterday, on my way home, I swung in through the drive thru. I ordered my drink, with an extra shot of espresso, and in my cynical mood at the time, asked if they could just add something extra--"anything; I'm having a rough day". Which was true. And I laughed it off. I pull up to the window, and the young man said it was on the house. "The boss lady is making you a custom drink. Similar to what you want. But a little extra. It's on the house." Being in customer service all my life (I cut hair), that really really turned my whole afternoon around!! Thank you to that team for reminding it's not all as bad as it seems!!! BTW that custom drink was PERFECT"

"A mega corporation invading our beautiful Sarasota. Same old burnt coffee served with commercial sugar latent pastries.Nothing special here. It’s a new building.Uncomfortable seating.Uninviting decor.No reason to return.Pricing expensive.Service know nothing kids.Nice outdoor seating.Parking plentiful. AWARDED 1 YUM ON A SCALE OF 3"
