"I cannot say enough about Dr Acevedo, he has been fabulous. Along with nurse Jean, they have gone above and beyond. Not only providing stellar wound care, Dr Acevedo organized new diabetic shoes for my father and physical therapy. This Dr and his staff truly care about their patients.The office staff also very accommodating, and friendly. I highly recommend this wound care center, you won't be disappointed."
""Doctor Patel" there approved my fiancé's wound vac. Caused more pain when he examined the wound; tried to convince us, with a terrible sales pitch, that we should get rid of our home health care nurse because "they're not really trained that well" and we should just go there instead, and then left the room. Our insurance has to pay for that? The doctor looked more like a confused nurse when we entered the clinic and his name tag said his name and the words, wound care. No MD or even RN on the name tag and he was dressed in normal scrubs like the nurses... Very suspicious. All employees seemed to lack people as well, except for our RN Jean. She was wonderful. Very kind and explained things well. Very considerate of the wound unlike the doctor. When we were leaving the front office gave us confused looks and we asked if we needed to check out. There was just another confused look and then then a paper with a review sheet was waved in our faces to complete and leave in comment box. Let's just say we were kinder in that review because they were watching us fill it out.. My fiancé will not be back for treatment."
