"This is the slowest moving urgent care I’ve ever been to. I came for a pre employment physical with bloodwork and urine test. I waited 3 hours before being called in with only having 3 people ahead of me. Needless to say by the time I went in I’d had to use the bathroom twice. They don’t take appointments, so just come in and wait. The staff is nice. The MA that took care of me very pleasant. I’d never ever come here with an urgency though. It’s either inadequately staffed or they have a terrible workflow. But there’s no reason for a long wait like this. Absolutely unacceptable, Go elsewhere."

"Great experience other than the 3 hour wait, which is expected. I was about to get my physical completed for school when my provider was too busy. They definitely could use 1 other provider at that location to speed up the process. It is "urgent care" so people are coming there sick when it doesn't warrant an ER visit, so immediate attention is important for patients."

"I went in to get treated for an upper respiratory issue with my lungs and remaining symptoms of a cold, but they insisted on treating me for a heart complication even though I had zero history of heart issues. I waited for 2+ hours for a doctor that spent 5 mins with me, ordered and EKG, and then sent me to the emergency room because she was still convinced I was having a heart complication even though the EKG and blood pressure came back totally normal. When I hesitated to go the ER, the doctor refused to write me a prescription unless I went directly to the emergency room. I ended up spending lots of time and money to just get the antibiotics that I originally asked for at the beginning of the visit to urgent care. I will not be returning to this urgent care. The lab technician is the only reason I am giving any stars because she was very kind and personable."

"We had a very bad experience in here. Me and my toddler had fever over 104F and it took total 3 hours and few more minutes waiting to get the prescriptions with them. They made us wait 2 hours in the lobby without any notice.(There was Only ONE PERSON to wait to be called with us) And also over an hour We had to wait again! when we sees the doctor.. I had extreme fatigue when we were waiting in the urgent care poor my baby as well. when I get back home my symptoms got way worse of course. The doctor had attitude to us and nobody was kind enough to treat us there when we had Influenza A with fever 104 F!! We truly felt that they only care about the money unfortunately. My husband is a first responder He also felt They don’t care about the patients. Never will go back there. Horrible experienced. No hope with them."

"Your best bet is to check in online through your app, it will make the registration a lot faster and help out the front desk. They took me back pretty fast, I mean fast enough. I was patient 3. The do not have a nurse or Dr on site. Its a Xray tech taking vitals & a PA-C who saw me after. I told the tech I needed to use the washroom, if I should hold on til she gave me a cup. She said she didn't need my urine. I asked if she was sure, she said yes. I then asked if they are looking for dehydration how will they determine that, she looked in the air as if she was looking for the answer then shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know. If there was an actual RN present they would know what to do. Before she took me to another room she said if it makes you feel better we can take your urine so I said that was fine. Luckily she did because the PA was able to determine from the urine the level of dehydration I was at and actually found something else. The PA-C was nice, took her time and did not rush which was good. Still didn't know what was wrong with me 100% and said if I didn't feel better to go to the ER cause they have more equipment there."
