The office staff is very attentive and genuine, they treat you like family and make you feel very comfortable. The cleaningness of the entire office is amazing. The Doctor is very attentive, he listens and addresses every concern, answers questions with lots of knowledge, never rushes you out. The Wellness Center is fun, I feel relaxed and just at home, the staff is great, I get to meet and mingle with other patients. Overall, this office is amazing and I will rate with 5 stars!"

"The IMA in Brandon, I like it because is close to my house, the staff are very kind, always they ask you if you are ok, if you need something, they have transportation, the Doctor is awesome and he is bilingual, and that is a plus, he takes time with you, doesn't rush, he listens to you, you don't wait long to see the doctor, I am glad to come to this office"

"Five stars for the Doctor. He is thorough compassionate and an excellent diagnostician. Unfortunately, the accolades end there. Referrals are a nightmare. Practically every referral appt. Had to be canceled and rescheduled due to not getting done in time . In order to get referrals processed, I have to call main office referral dept and complain. Also, have to come back in to primary office between referral appointments and have another referral processed for the follow up appt. There are 3 in our family that go there and most office visits have an hour to hour and a half wait. The front desk says they are a few minutes behind but that equates to extensive wait. Had to leave without being seen on a few occasions. I don’t know if these issues apply to all patients or just us!!!"
