"First time to this facility. I can't understand the poor review's. Clean not crowded, pleasant staff. Sarah was EXCELLENT & answered all my questions. Compassionate & professional. I was very happy with my visit & care. Also that it's not a long drive there. My new go to GYN & I'm so happy. Highly recommend them."

"The single most unprofessional medical facility I’ve seen in my entire life. Not one, but two appointments I have made for my wife and both times we were put last for one reason or the other. The first time they canceled literally 20 minutes before the appointment while we were in traffic on the way there, all the while my wife is suffering in pain not knowing what is wrong with her. The reason that was given was that our nurse had to deliver a baby. The second time was today, and we waited there for 26 minutes exactly after our initial appointment time. While sitting in the waiting room ( my wife still in great pain mind you ) we watched multiple people come in for their respective appointments and get seen immediately. So we had gotten up to ask why we haven’t been seen. The answer was the same exact answer as the first, delivering yet another baby. They couldn’t even give us a time on when we would be seen, and all the while both me and my wife are missing work. I will be making sure my wife will go to an obgyn that actually sees her as a priority and takes her concerns seriously. I’m not naive enough to give this place a third chance at leaving me and my ailing wife up in the air. If you come here and are given to nurse Sarah McGuire, understand there is a very good chance you may not even be seen the day of your appointment"

"Have never felt more uncomfortable at a Doctor's office in my 10 years at various FMC locations. Nurse and Midwife/Doctor were insensitive and made inappropriate comments, causing me to cry during my appointment. Empathy and professionalism should always be standard, especially at an OB-GYN."
